Develop an interview plan. Include pre-interview preparations, interview outline, etc. Please note: Do not state what you are going to do but develop an actual interview plan from beginning preparation to debrief. For example: "I don't want to hear that "I will establish rapport. The Interview Plan should lay out specifically the approach, process, questions, techniques to establish rapport." Please make sure it is detailed in content so that if someone else has to conduct the interview.
