Develop, facilitate and utilise case management processes in accordance with statutory requirements for three clientsby:

working with clients to set goals

• providing information to client on rights of appeal and avenues of complaint
• Show cultural considerations in all aspects of case management planningtreating clients equally, use names appropriately, making allowances for prayer time etc.
