Task: 3 Process Insurance Claims: process insurance claims for site loss or damage. Develop a Plan for Site Communications and Record-Keeping: Develop a plan for site communications and record keeping. This plan must cover: systems for maintaining effective communication between onsite and offsite staff, contractors, and suppliers. Systems for gathering onsite information from communications between onsite and offsite staff, contractors, and suppliers. Project recording systems to capture relevant project details. Maintain Log of Certifier Inspections, Union, and Legislative Matters: Maintain a log of certifier inspections, union meetings, and other correspondences regarding legislative matters.
