Because QC Sports did not previously have an online presence you will not be conducting a SMM SWOT analysis as Caff Daily had (Caff Daily was the case you evaluated). You will be developing a 3-month and 6-month SMM plan focused on the Social Media sites you have identified (in week 3, feel free to make adjustments if you find that other sites may fit your target market better).
You are focused on short-term SMM plans to assess the acceptance of the companys SMM campaign and make adjustments as needed. I have provided you with the Goals and Objectives of QC Sports, you will then develop a strategy, identify platforms you will use, and explain your implementation process.
The goal of QC Sports is to build an online presence to increase online sales revenue

Drive Online Sales (drive traffic to website)
Customer Engagement
Generally, in a SMM plan you also Identify Target Audience and Select Tools; however, you have already identified your Target Audience for your product line and identified the Social Media Sites your Target Market is most active on.
Guidelines:
Remind your reader of your product line and your target market. Then, taking the previous information into account (Goals and Objectives), develop your strategy and implementation plan for your product line.
1. Platforms Remind reader of what your product line is and who your target market is. Review your discussions during Week 3 regarding Social Media sites that you believe would be beneficial for QC Sports to utilize. Identify all the Social Media sites you will be using and why they are a good fit to reach your target audience.
2. Strategy- You will be discussing the strategy of achieving each of the 3 objectives listed above (increase brand awareness, drive online sales, and customer engagement). Discuss your strategy to meet the requirements of each of these objectives. Also, discuss your branding plan.
- Provide examples (descriptions) of what you may post on each of the Social Media sites. How frequently will you be posting to each site. You may consider connecting your Mobile Marketing App with your SMM campaign by discussing how you can provide images, videos, links, etc to educate consumers on the benefits of downloading your Mobile Marketing App.
3. Implementation Plan You will be discussing your SMM roll-out plan here. Something to consider: Will you begin posting on all social media sites you listed in the Platform section, or will you slowly roll out your SMM plan across social media sites?
What are your goals for a 3-month plan? Then discuss what your goals are for the 6-month plan? What do you hope to achieve within 3 months? Within 6 months? How will you know if you are successful, how do you plan on measuring that success?
4. Return on Investment (ROI)- How will you measure success of this SMM plan? Use data from the text and posted sources to help guide you in how to measure ROI (return on investment) for this project. You will not have data yet for things like site visits and conversion rates; the goal is to describe the how process. Answer the question: How will we measure ROI?
