In one axis, pick a utilitarian attribute (eg, cost: expensive/affordable). In the other axis, picka hedonic attribute (eg, style: trendy/practical). Indicate where your selected retailer is located (positioned) within the perceptual map. (HINT: There will be 4 quadrants) (8 marks) . Step 2: Identify and select at least three direct competitors and plot their locations within the perceptual map. NOTE: these retailers must be direct competitors to your selected retailer. Example: Selected retailer H&M; competitors are Joe Fresh, Zara and the Gap.
