Developing an Agenda for High Performance Collaboration It's time again for your team at United Service Company to kick off its annual planning meeting. The team has been awarded "Best Performing" in the company five times in the last five years! Your challenge is to keep the team moving forward and continue its success. The planning meeting will get that process kicked off. You are expected to do the following for Posttest Part 1: Create a 1-2 page agenda (use Microsoft Word) List all the specific items you want to cover in the meeting. List a specific purpose for each Agenda item. All agenda items should include a short synopsis of the topic, who will be presenting and how long the presentation should last. Tip: Focus on topics that will keep the team moving in its current direction and that are based on your vision for how the team operates
