-Give overall short description of the position and the ideal candidate.

-Identify and develop 3 key competenciesneeded on the job. Provide definitions andlevel descriptions.

-Identify the necessary selection tools to identifythe 3 key competencies (e.g., CV scanning, tests, games, tasks, interviews etc.)

-Develop 3 questions for conducting selection interview to identify the 3 key competencies.
