Developing Terminal Objectives for the Matcha Green Tea Latte Lesson:

Cognitive Objectives:
1. Cognitive Level 1 Objective: Given a list of ingredients for a matcha green tea latte, participants will be able to identify and list at least 9 out of 10 necessary ingredients with 90% accuracy without any additional instructions. For example, they should be able to identify matcha powder, milk, sweetener, etc.

2. Cognitive Level 2 Objective: After instruction and practice, participants will be able to explain the health benefits associated with matcha green tea, including its antioxidants and potential energy-boosting effects, in their own words.

 

Psychomotor Objectives:
1. Psychomotor Level 1 Objective: Participants will be able to correctly measure and scoop the appropriate amount of matcha powder to make a single serving of matcha green tea latte using the provided utensils (e.g., a matcha scoop or teaspoon).

2. Psychomotor Level 2 Objective: After practicing under supervision, participants will be able to froth and whisk the matcha green tea mixture to achieve a smooth and frothy texture using a bamboo whisk or electric frother.

 

Affective Objective:
1. Affective Level 1 Objective: Participants will express their initial opinions and feelings about matcha green tea by sharing their thoughts or reactions to its taste and appearance before and after trying a matcha green tea latte.
