Presentation of the work

In this first work, you will take stock of the skills necessary to achieve your professional and personal goals and assess whether you have acquired them or whether certain residences need to be perfected. The work is made up of three main parts, namely the development of a skills repository, the development of the diagnosis and the choice of skills.

Refer to Module 2 for detailed instructions. Here is a brief summary of what is expected:

Development of a skills framework: Indicate the professional or personal goals you have set for yourself, as well as the strategies by which you intend to determine the skills needed to achieve them (consultation of certain documents, discussions with colleagues, etc.). From the information gathered through these strategies, build your own skills repository in the form of a table.

Development of the diagnosis: Indicate in this table the skills you have acquired and those that you still have to acquire or perfect. Below the table, briefly justify how you went about assessing your proficiency in the skills - e.g. did you come across work situations where the lack of certain skills was revealed, did you consult your job performance evaluations or did you just do some introspection?

Choice of skills: Depending on your professional and personal objectives, name a few skills that seem to you to be priorities and that you intend to use or put to the test as part of your integration project. Briefly describe them in your words and justify the choice of these (rather than others). Keep in mind that acquiring these skills should be doable in the time allotted for this course and given your resources. Thus, it will be preferable to choose skills that are sufficiently linked to each other so that they can be acquired with the same project.
