Additionally, sales staff visits potential customers in their homes to try to sell them insurance policies for their homes and their possessions. These transactions are again paper based. This process is often slow and has led to complaints from both customers and the company's sales staff. DIC has also been receiving regular complaints from current and potential customers about errors in the paperwork that they receive.
