Didi ordered Pizza from online delivery website called BearFood. Upon eating the pizza he notices something smelly from the pizza but he thought that maybe the smells come from the pizza box. The next day, he suffered severe stomach ache and the doctor confirmed that he suffered from food poisoning possibly from expired cheese. Didi recalled that the pizza that he ate was topped with cheese. With reference to law of tort, advise whether Didi can take any action against the manufacturer of pizza.
