The following table show the results of a 56-Day Field Trial. The outcome is the development of a new Arrhythmia - a problem with the rate or rhythm of the heartbeat.

We will want to conduct a difference in proportion test for this data to determine if the Treatment had a lower rate of new Arrhythmia that the control group. For this problem we will let the Control Group be first so the difference in proportion is positive (this is not required, but it makes it easier that the difference is positive). The Null Hypothesis is that the difference equals zero. Be ready to talk about the standard error, the test statistic, the critical value and p-value for your test.
