Differences in opinions caused by racial, cultural, linguistic, and ethical variability could lead to conflicts but, at the same time, power them up. Staff must be aware of and deal with these differences upfront to create an environment where all involved will be treated equally, given due respect, and understood clearly (Purnell et al., 2019)
