The oxygen concentration is 3 kg/m3 and 0.6 kg/m3 on both side of the membrane. Assume the diffusion coefficient of oxygen is 10-8 m2/s. Calculate the diffusion flux through the membrane and the mass of the oxygen diffused per hour. Discuss how you could improve the diffusion through the membrane.
