A mechanical engineer believes that these batteries cannot last in less than the said years. He tests a sample of 42 battery and finds out that the average time of the samples last only 3.8 years with a standard deviation of 2.75. At 1% significance level, is there enough evidence to support the idea that the battery can last longer from the claim of the factory
