2. A recent example of an issue we have examined is the NFL product in the L.A. market.
3. For this sports economic writing assignment, choose an article dealing with a sports economics issue today.
4. Read and analyze your selected economic topic/issue in the sport economic industry today.
5. Analyze the content of your article by considering the ideas and opinions presented about the specific issue.
6. Prepare a written critique in an essay format 2-3 pages in length.
7. Consider the following questions as you prepare your written critique:
   1. What is the main economic factor or issue being described in your article of choice?
   2. Is the economic factor or issue associated with your article beneficial toward potential consumers/sports organizations, brands, etc.? If so, in what ways? If not, why?
   3. In terms of sports economics, does the decision/agreement/issue, etc. make sense short-term and long-term? Is this choice economically feasible, in your opinion?
   4. What interested/engaged you as a consumer to read this article based on its economic aspects?
   5. What were your overall thoughts after reading the article related to the economic topics/issues?
   6. What was your overall assessment with the article and the concepts and topics related to the economics and sport? Did you learn anything knew in analyzing it?
