Lifelong learning is the process of continuing to build upon KSB's (Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors). For this Assessment, you will research and explore what your next steps might be in your plan for lifelong learning.

These steps might include but are not limited to:

Professional Certification

Licensure

Additional College Courses or degree

Internship/apprenticeship

Volunteer experience

Professional Organization Membership

Mentorship

Conferences/Convention

Research your career choice and reflect on the lifelong learning activities that you believe would be most beneficial in your field. In a minimum of 500 words, address the following:

Summarize the importance of lifelong learning both personally and relative to today's workforce.

Evaluate your career choice and determine what a 5-year career progression looks like within your chosen field.

Choose three lifelong learning activities and formulate a plan for how you would apply them to your career progression.
