Directions to Part I:

For the project plan that you have been developing,

1. Make a Project Evaluation consisting of a one-page survey for your class project. The survey should include:
   • Abrief introduction describing the project. (Project - preparing an organization to go paperless)
   • The purpose of the survey.
   • List at least 5 questions that would be asked of project team members about their evaluation of the project processes and results.
2. Additionally, develop a Project Closure Process (typically a paragraph in length) describing what the project manager might include in a "lessons learned" statement for use by other project managers in the organization who may be leading similar projects.
   • The closure process should also mention where the final project management files, data, charts, etc would be archived so that the organization can access them in the future.
