Discuss a retail location of a store you are familiar with.

1.) What are the characteristics of the retail location; in-door mall, outdoor mall, within a city area, suburban, strip mall, downtown area.

2.) What retail stores are close to the one you have selected to discuss. Does the location of these other businesses compliment your business?

3.) For instance, does the area offer services to customers that are in that specific close by location area.

4.) What are the benefits of that location to customers. Some locations have foot traffic (people walking in) however other retail stores are traveled to. Some companies (page 221) IFC shopping center in Hong Kong has outside entrance to their store and also entrance inside the train station.
