Discuss all legal/ethical issues presented in the following fact pattern:

Saul Goodman (hereinafter "Saul") runs a busy law office.  Saul Goodman is the sole Saul in his office and has only one secretary.

When Saul Goodman enters into his office, Saul learns client, "Paul Calls Too Much", who calls his office an excessive amount of times, had already phoned his office three times in the span of one hour.  When Saul Goodman does not call Calls Too Much right back, Mr. Callstoomuch instantly threatens to report him to the Board of Bar Overseers.

After learning of Calls Too Much phone calls, Saul is greeted in his office lobby by Walter White.  Walter White is a client of Saul Goodman.  When initially retained by Walter White, Saul was alerted to the location of potentially incriminating evidence, and sent an investigator to both take a photograph of this evidence and remove the item from its location.  Walter White has a criminal trial coming up in three weeks.  Walter White has several questions for Saul Goodman, and they all involve whether Saul Goodman will help him contact the victim and witnesses in his case and see if they will accept payment to not show up.  Walter White has further hinted that if they do not accept money, they will have a hard time showing up to court with multiple broken limbs.  If no witnesses appear, the case will be dismissed.  Please be aware, attempting to induce an individual to not show up at trial can constitute a crime.   At trial, it is likely that Saul will be questioned regarding his knowledge of the witnesses' location and any type of communication with them.

As Saul's day progresses, he is delighted to receive a fax from an opposing counsel in a matter that Saul Goodman is involved in.  Opposing Counsel has mistakenly sent a fax to Saul Goodman containing confidential information that revealed Opposing Counsel misunderstands a deadline given by the Court that will result in Opposing Counsel's claims/defenses being barred.  Generally, Opposing Counsel is knowledgeable and well prepared.  Saul Goodman considers calling Opposing Counsel to discuss this fax and misunderstanding, but, in is haste to get to court, decides against making this phone call. 

After putting down the phone following his decision to not call Opposing Counsel, Saul looks at his watch and realizes it is 2:15 p.m.  Saul was due in court at 2:00 p.m.  Saul calls the court and advised them his car was broken down.  Saul was not able to prepare due to the unexpected appointment.  When Saul arrives at court, Saul is quite rude to the clerk and court staff and even suggests to the judge in open court that the judge is "off his rocker"
