1. Highlight any significant differences in the event terms
2. Identify significant dates for each event and comment on the differences for the two events
3. Indicate the different methods that can be used in the treatment of fractional entitlements and comment on the method chosen for each of these events
4. Comment on the impact of unsettled trades on each of these events and the impact on resultant entitlement calculations
5. Comment on whether the position holders in either or both events are required to communicate with the STO or the issuer
