Discuss post- What do you think about this?

From a leadership perspective, I would recommend the individual - in - situation strategy for determining the right rewards for employees in support of better performance. The individual - in - situation takes on a comprehensive approach when evaluating factors that motivate individuals by engaging in one-on-one conversations, conducting team building exercises, hosting meetings, or using surveys to learn about the employees needs, perceptions, and values (1). In support of the individual - in - situation strategy, providing feedback would be highly beneficial in the health care context. Feedback gives employees insight on how well they are, or aren't, doing in their work performance, become equipped for benchmark goals, and most importantly amplify their confidence (1). When initiating feedback, it should be consistently frequent, given at precise time intervals, and of sufficient diversity (1). This approach will address both employee motivation and progress toward corporate goals.
