An example of me exhibiting this skill is when a new project opened up about a new work order system for our facility. I right away signed up for the project. I then enlisted in the different workshops to learn how this new work order system computer program worked. While a lot of my coworkers resisted the idea of going to a new work order system since they were familiar with this old work order system and refused to sign up for any of the workshops, I still pressed forward.
