What are at least three (3) challenges - either benefits and/or disadvantages - associated with critical infrastructure-related supply chains from an international perspective as related to critical infrastructure. For each of your challenges, provide your thoughts on what could be done to improve each challenge's "supply chain" performance, i.e., effectiveness, efficiency, reliability, etc.
