I find this to be rather ironic, but I prefer to purchase items in-store, and my dad prefers to purchase online. He has a technology-oriented career, which helps him to explore many options for buying things, but I still see him as an old man. Even so, I would rather go buy an item I need while I'm out doing something else. I have bought things online before, but not nearly as often as my dad has. It seems that every other week or so, he has something arriving at the house. He is a frequent user of Amazon.com in particular, because of its quick delivery and convenience. He has subscribed to the company's premium consumer package, Amazon Prime, because it allows him to order things faster and often cheaper. Again, I find it ironic that the young person does not take advantage of such services as much as an older person does.
