Discuss the ethics and values of your organization in terms of how HR creates that ethical culture (or lack thereof). Discuss the difference between an HR culture of ethical behavior, and positive values and the inverse. What have you experienced in your working life that has shown you your organization has a culture of ethical behavior and positive values OR your organization lacks ethical behavior and values OR both? If you have no personal experience, look to a family member or friend and present these issues and discuss the story. This should be at least one paragraph - 4 to 5 sentences per paragraph.
