If you have never had experience with this, talk about ways in which you would gather information about your audience in order to give a presentation on a project that you are working on at your place of employment.  

By audience I mean, if you have given a specific presentation or needed to send out an email to a group of people at work or create a letter that would go out to customers, etc.

You work for IBM as the Senior Vice President of Global Technology Services.  Employees are misusing social media during company time, misrepresenting and bad mouthing the company as a whole and their superiors via blog posts, Facebook and Twitter.  You and your team have derived a new social media policy that will take effect immediately.    Write a memo to all of your employees discussing the current issues at hand, explaining the specifics of the new social media policy and any other pertinent information that your employees need to know about the new policy.
