Discuss with your classmates in your initial post; how has this experience been? I understand that for many, if not all, the topics of I/O Psychology need to blend better. However, we all work for a company or an organization. We have all been affected or impacted by COVID. I do not know about you, but this COVID is scary, and we are still in the middle. We have yet to determine what is yet to come.
