In Chapter Two go to page 53 in your textbook and read about Capabilities: People as a Strategic Resource. In this section of the text you will find there are four ways organizations can achieve a sustained competitive advantage through their employees.

There is no official required length for your discussion responses but a well written discussion post will be at least two pages (double spaced) of material with all of the appropriate citations. I am asking you not only to give your opinion but to back it up with research outside of the textbook. I need you to research material not currently in your course to support your opinion and this research must be properly noted in your posting (I need at least two external citations for every post). Remember, if it is not your original idea or work you must make the appropriate citation!
