Red Hat, like most Linux distributions, recognizes a type of disk partition called swap. The creation and mounting of a swap partition is not strictly required. Additionally, Red Hat can use a swap file in lieu of a defined swap partition. Under what circumstances might you not use either? What would be the potential disadvantage of not having some form of swap available to your system?

A client has requested a systemd target change on the company's accounting file server. They want the system to no longer boot into a GUI mode by default. What is the full command you would use to affect this change? What are potential implications if this change is successful? What are the implications if this change is not successful?
