Referring to following definition and video, answer the prompt below.

Definition of Prisoners' Dilemma: A game or situation in which (1) each party (person) has the incentive to choose an action that benefits itself at the other party's expense, and (2) when both parties act in this way, both are worse off than if they had acted cooperatively.
