(1) What are you thoughts on the issues raised in the New York Times article?

(2) What do you think about the New York Times author's final conclusion? - "But it is no easy thing to get a faceless company to court." Do you think this is accurate? How does someone sue an LLC? Who gets served with the lawsuit paperwork (the Complaint)? Why would it be hard to get a company to court?

(3) What do you think about New York's legislation? Do you see a need for similar legislation in Colorado? Do you think it was necessary in New York?
