Discussion: HUB Process

Please list the advantages of being a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB). Also in your own opinion or thoughts, please explain if you believe there are any obstacles or challenges to the HUB process, rather it be for the HUB themselves or non-HUBs. For example, you can think about ownership percentage, giving up majority ownership in a company, etc. Be insightful in your response as if you were responding as a business owner (either HUB or non-HUB owner).
