Discussion National Health Insurance

Using their current mechanism, the Canadian healthcare system are not fully take advantage of the rigors of market opportunities that might be valuable to provide more services at competitive rates. In addition to privatize (utilize market mechanism), is there any other strategies that you would recommend? Please list at least one strategy and explain why.
