Discussion post: Jane is a farmer who grows corn. She received a loan that was secured with her real estate, but she failed to make the payments on the loan. The bank began foreclosure proceedings against her real estate.

Jane's corn became ripe on June 3rd. The bank began the foreclosure proceeding on June 4th. Jane harvested and sold the corn to Trader Joe's on June 5th.

The bank won the foreclosure, but was surprised to see the corn gone, so the bank sued Jane for the money that she received for selling the corn. Jane made two claims: 1) Corn is not considered real property in the state of Georgia. 2) Even if corn is real property in Georgia, it is not real property when it is harvested, therefor it is not subject to the foreclosure. You are the judge. Does the bank or Jane win? Why? Please use two references :)
