As good as this traditional structure is advantageous in many ways, it also has its limitations such as Poor flexibility and Communication barrier. It is already difficult to adapt to any change in regular day-to-day life; let alone adapting to a new method at work or a new supervisor when you have been in the company for a long time. Not only it is not as easy to accept and adapt to change, but older generations sometimes tend to remain stubborn in their ways and old habits that brought them success in the past instead of embracing the new change and moving forward which can delay the growth of a company. Also, the lack of communication between departments leaders could bring a company down because things are not communicated effectively across the table leaving some in the dark and some in the light which may lead to different departments fighting to shine in a company instead of working to shine a hole, as one team and as one organization
