Health, Conflict) Since wealth status is not observable, the different types of rural dwellings were used to describe wealth. Therefore, wealth is defined as Wealth (W)=1 if dwelling is made of mud, cow dung & Sticks: W=2 if dwelling is made of grass, mud & sticks: W=3 if dwelling is made of corrugated iron or semi-permanent: W=4 if dwelling is made of stone or concrete bricks Income and food production are continuous variables, where the lower the values, the lower the income and food production Health variable indicates the incidence of sickness, the lower the value, the lower the incidence of sickness Conflict is a dummy variable, C=1 when there is presence of conflict, O otherwise The data file "Exercise 2 lab 1" contains the observations on these variables Required a) Estimate the coefficients of the model using multinomial logit including all regressors.
