Diversity is a very general topic and usually focuses on race and gender. Every generation speaks of a "generation gap", either with its elders or successive generations, and sometimes both. Focus here on generational diversity. Is it a key issue for leadership in healthcare; the overlap of and transition from Baby Boomers to Gen X to Millennials? How might this change the business of healthcare over the next 10 years?
