Does the ERP vendor use a "cloud-based" system, an "on the premises" type of software that must be installed at the company, or both? 4. Does the ERP vendor offer its own CRM software solution, does it offer connectivity to CRM modules from other vendors (i.e., a "best of breed" approach)? or both? 5.
