do you Agree or Disagree? If I were making this SuperWok franchise, I would train my employees using a combination of modeling and on-the-job training, for a few reasons. First, my employees need to know how to properly cook the food for the customers. This is the most important part of the business- making sure the product is good. I would bring in an experienced professional, as I myself do not know how to cook Chinese food, and they would model how to cook, as well as plate and serve the food in a way that is most enjoyable for the customer. However, the employees would have to learn the nuances of the job themselves, as you can't teach everything all at once. This means that the hired chef that is teaching all of my employees would likely have to be around often in the beginning of the business's life, that way employees can continue to learn on-the-job by observing the chef do what they do. For this reason, I would also hire an experienced server so employees could try to do as good a job as them too. I will know the training worked, and my employees are ready
