Do you agree that most process redesign projects are caused by/aimed at some technological factors, e.g. migration to new process technologies, implementing new IT systems, ... etc.? Provide a clear example of a process that has been re-engineered without a technological component/driver that shows improve in efficiency or effectiveness for the organization.
