Do you agree?
The Civil Rights Act of 1964 is a Federal Statute enacted to eliminate job discrimination based on five protected classes: race, color, religion, sex, and national origin" (Cheeseman, 2019).These five classes known as the "Big Five" must be prohibited in all cases. The "Big Five" are things that are out of human control and discriminating against the "Big Five" is totally unacceptable. Due to law changes things such as age and sexual orientation should be included. However, I do believe age should have a few stipulations because I wouldn't consider discrimination as it may be required as per demand of the role.
