"Do you agree? "
The two types of training I have direct experience with is classroom and e-learning. For classroom training it is a more hands on approach. As well as a more detailed approach in my opinion. Even though I do not currently have time for an in-person classroom, it would be my preferred choice. E-learning is easily accessible and more time manageable. However, in my opinion it lacks the sometimes needed one on one experience. It can also lack the opportunity to interact and discuss topics in an open forum. I think the best type of learner for a classroom seating is people that learn hands on while doing activities and those that may need more interaction during learning. For e-learning it would be those that like to read or are more self-taught and self-motivated. I think one of the best ways e-learning could pull in those that need more interactive learning. Would be to have zoom classes or times where the class could meet and do answer and question interactive learning. With classroom learning I think it would help for it to be more flexible. Where people could catch the needed class at any time.
