I believe that it is extremely important the early efforts I put in a new leadership role to ensure my success. By exerting the right amount of effort, I could build rapport with the team and get to know them more. They will be aware that they can go talk to me if needed, and that they can trust me with the work. The key to ensure that I will become successful as a leader is to be consistent in advancing my sociopolitical skills for the improvement of the team as well as mine.

I learned doing some of the skills through engaging with people. We have been slowly trained in our life to talk with each other and understand each other's non-verbal cues. We also learn to empathize more with people as we grow old. Hence, I developed some of the items by involving myself in the processes undergone by humans in every stage of our life. I learned to know which are my bad behaviors and improve these points, while reinforcing those that are good.
