CAPLine is a "Revolving Line of Credit initiative" who serves to assist small businesses to attain short term working capital through the initiation of a line of credit. Lastly, the "Women's Prequalification Loan Program allows women business owners to receive prequalification from the SBA for a loan guarantee of up to $250, 000" prior to going to a bank (Byrd, 180). This loan program focuses on the character of the applicant, their credit history, and their experience.
