Do you beleive that airbnb is contributing to the high rental prices in the US$?$ It is nearly impossibe to survive rent prices in the stste of Calfornia. I am not sure they are really alligned with their mission and vision that aims to make positive contributions to local communities. what are your thoughts$/$analysis$?$ Thanks.
