Daniel and Ashlee are long-term clients of yours, and are getting a divorce. Because of the divorce, their interests will no longer be the same and they are not amicable. Ashlee has said that she would like you to continue to be her adviser, which creates a conflict of interest to your duty to Daniel. What should you do in this situation and why? Which of the Code of   Ethics standards apply here and are there any ethical theories that support your decision?
