$$In case of any dispute or claim arising out of this Contract, the Parties shall first seek to resolve the dispute or claim by friendly discussion. Any Party may notify the other Party of its desire to enter into consultation to resolve a dispute or claim.

If no solution can be arrived at in between the Parties for a continuous period of $4($four$)$ weeks then the Parties will endeavour to resolve the matter through Swiss arbitrationunder the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. The number of arbitrators shall be three $(3).$ ICC shall be the appointing authority acting in accordancewith the rules adopted by ICC for that purpose.

Should a resolution not be forthcoming the courts of England shall have non$-$exclusivejurisdiction$.$
