Do you think it is in our best interest to limit the time and place of hate speech, like we limit all other speech by requiring a permit outlining the speech and activities?

Where should we draw the line between acceptable speech and speech that is dangerous and should be regulated?

When and where should hate speech be allowed, if at all. Please keep in mind that we cannot ban speech just because we do not agree with it. However, we can limit the speech for safety reasons.
