Do you think it should always be the IT Department's responsibility to conduct all the training on every program? What about clinical management or accounting programs that the IT folks never use (except maybe to load updates onto the server) and probably don't understand. Do you feel it is ever more appropriate to have a clinical or financial department, for instance, manage their own software training programs
